72Sells LLC and its affiliates, as applicable based on the Services, and our service providers, all of which are based in the United States (collectively, “72Sells,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect about you through any website, mobile application, subscription platform, training program, software tool, downloadable resource, educational content, marketing material, form, template, script, video, webinar, or other product, feature, content, or service provided by 72Sells that links to or otherwise makes this Privacy Policy available, together with HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy and offline interactions you have with us. Collectively, we refer to these as the “Services.” 72Sells is a business-to-business subscription platform intended for licensed real estate professionals and their authorized business users.

We do not sell Personal Information and do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their own independent marketing, solicitation, recruiting, or lead-generation purposes. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. We may collect Personal Information including your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, occupation, brokerage or company affiliation, IP address, account credentials, subscription information, billing and payment information, professional license information (including realtor license numbers), training progress, content usage information, photos or other content you upload through the Services, third-party login credentials, and any other information you provide while using our Services.

We collect Personal Information through the Services, including when you register for subscription access, create an account, purchase or manage a subscription, access training materials or educational content, download resources, attend webinars, submit forms, contact us for support, or otherwise interact with the Services. We may also collect Personal Information from publicly available sources, professional organizations, strategic business partners, and service providers that assist us in operating, promoting, or providing the Services. We need this information to provide the Services; if it is not provided, we may be unable to do so.

Use of Personal Information

We use Personal Information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including providing training materials, educational content, downloadable resources, subscription access, and related services. We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law and as necessary to administer subscriptions, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legal interests.

You may opt out of SMS communications by following the instructions provided in those messages, including replying “STOP” where applicable. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send you administrative, transactional, account-related, billing, security, and other service-related communications.

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide and administer the Services, maintain account and subscription records, process payments, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal interests. The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and their authorized business users and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as required by applicable law.

Sensitive Information

Please do not provide us with sensitive Personal Information, such as Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account information, payment card information, health information, or other sensitive personal data, except where specifically requested or required in connection with the Services.  If we receive sensitive Personal Information that is not required for the Services, we may delete it or otherwise handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances. Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted or otherwise made available through the Services.
